Terms
What to know about buying and using morrow.
Effective from: Oct 28 2026
In these terms, "we" means morrow, run by Aarthi Videep as a sole proprietor, at dearmorrow.co. Contact: contact@dearmorrow.co or +91 98848 00648.
What morrow does
morrow helps you organise practical information for the people you trust. It creates an Emergency Sheet for immediate needs and a Sealed File for the fuller picture.
It does not create a will or provide legal, medical, tax or financial advice. The guidance is general and may not apply to your circumstances. Recording a wish, nominee or contact in your plan does not itself create legal authority or change anyone's rights.
Your purchase and Key
One purchase covers one person's Plan, linked to the name and the plan email entered at checkout: for a gift, their email; otherwise yours. If they have no email, the plan email is yours. Check these details before paying.
Your purchase includes the guided plan, the Emergency Sheet, the Sealed File and the handover steps. You can edit your plan and create fresh files without paying again. There is no subscription.
Your Key lets you open and edit that person's Plan File. Keep it with your backup. A Key is for the plan of the person it was bought for. It cannot be resold or used for anyone else's Plan. You may share your Emergency Sheet and Sealed File with the people you choose.
If your purchase details are incorrect or your Key does not work, contact us at contact@dearmorrow.co.
Keeping your plan safe
You choose what to include and who receives it. Keep the information accurate, review it when life changes, and replace older copies when needed.
Save a backup of your Plan File and keep your Key somewhere you can find it. Keep the Sealed File's passphrase safe and make sure your chosen people know how to open their copies.
We cannot retrieve your plan or a lost passphrase. We may be able to resend your Key after verifying your purchase, but a Key cannot restore a lost file.
Do not include account passwords, PINs or one-time passwords. Your files can still contain personal information, so share them carefully.
Refunds and payment problems
Purchases are non-refundable for a change of mind. This does not affect any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable law.
If you were charged but did not receive a working Key, email contact@dearmorrow.co with your payment reference. We will investigate and help resolve the problem. If you were charged twice, or bought another plan for the same person by mistake, contact us with the payment references. We'll verify the purchases and refund the duplicate payment.
There is no recurring payment to cancel.
Availability
Your downloaded Emergency Sheet and Sealed File do not need our website to open. The Sealed File requires its passphrase and a compatible browser.
Editing your Plan File and creating new files requires a compatible copy of the morrow app and your Key. Keep backups rather than relying only on a browser's stored copy.
We may update or discontinue the website. Optional online features, including Google Drive connections and opening alerts, depend on the services that provide them and may become unavailable. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every future device or browser.
Privacy
Our Privacy page explains what stays with you, what information we receive, and how optional features work.
Please do not send us your Plan File, Sealed File, Key or passphrase when asking for help unless a specific, secure process has been agreed for the information needed. We do not need your plan or passphrase to investigate an ordinary payment or access problem.
Liability
morrow helps you record and share information. It cannot guarantee that your information is complete, that a recipient will act on it, or that an institution will accept it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or missing information you provide, your loss of files or passphrases, or your sharing of files with others.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of morrow is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Subject to any rights you have to approach a consumer commission or another competent forum, disputes under these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai.
Contact
For questions or help, email contact@dearmorrow.co.
Include your payment reference if the question concerns a purchase. Keep your plan and passphrase private.
